These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reachly Chrome extension and website at reachly-9jr.pages.dev (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Reachly ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Reachly. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using Reachly on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at htwiggs29@gcds.net if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use Reachly only for lawful purposes. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.
Free accounts receive 10 email lookups per month. Paid plans (Pro and Business) provide the credits described at the time of purchase. Credits reset on your monthly billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. We reserve the right to adjust plan limits with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
Reachly generates and verifies email addresses from publicly available sources and pattern generation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, deliverability, or currency of any email result. You are solely responsible for how you use discovered email addresses and for complying with all applicable anti-spam and data protection laws.
The Reachly name, logo, and all original software are our exclusive property. You may not use our branding without written permission. Email addresses and contact data discovered through the Service are not our intellectual property and we claim no ownership over them.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reachly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Reachly harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
