Common Issues

The extension isn't finding an email — what should I do?

Not every email can be found or verified. Try variations of the person's name or check that the company domain is correct. If the confidence score is below 60%, the address may not be deliverable. Make sure you have remaining credits for the month.

I ran out of credits — when do they reset?

Free plan credits reset monthly. Pro and Business plan credits reset on your monthly billing anniversary. You can check your reset date on your account page.

I was charged but my plan didn't upgrade.

This occasionally happens if there's a delay in the webhook. Wait a few minutes and refresh the extension. If it's still not updated after 10 minutes, email us at htwiggs29@gcds.net with your receipt and we'll fix it manually.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your account page and click Billing, or email us and we'll cancel it for you. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

The confirmation email sent me to the wrong page.

Make sure you're clicking the most recent confirmation email. If the link takes you to an error page, try signing in directly at reachly-9jr.pages.dev/auth.html — your account may already be confirmed.

How do I delete my account?

Email htwiggs29@gcds.net with your account email and request deletion. All data is removed within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
